Pursuing an Electrical Maintenance Diploma at the esteemed Kenson School of Production and Technology Ltd (KSPTL) remains one of the most rewarding educational experiences of my life. The diploma programs are thoughtfully designed to accommodate working individuals while providing a comprehensive education and practical training of the highest standard.
Throughout both the online and in-person classes, there was consistent engagement and participation among my peers and me. Our exceptional lecturers always encouraged questions and created opportunities for interaction. These lecturers were not only highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry but also possessed remarkable teaching abilities. They continuously challenged us to push our limits and expand our knowledge. By incorporating real-life examples, they provided invaluable insights into the electrical maintenance field. Additionally, their unwavering support, both during and outside of class hours, was an essential part of my learning experience.
The curriculum was meticulously structured to ensure the effective delivery of knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience necessary to excel in the field. As the program progressed, the complexity and workload gradually increased, fostering both academic growth and technical proficiency.
KSPTL consistently maintains high standards, evident in every aspect of the institution—from the curriculum and training programs to staff interactions and the quality of its facilities. One of the most impressive features of the school is the simulator designed to replicate an oil production environment. I was incredibly grateful for this hands-on learning opportunity, as it provided a realistic work environment where I could challenge and develop my skills further.
After completing my diploma, I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to attend the T&T Energy Conference with the Kenson School. This experience offered me valuable insights into the energy sector, career guidance, and a chance to network with various companies and professionals.
My experiences with the Kenson staff have also been outstanding. They consistently maintain a demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, offering unwavering support. They are always attentive to my concerns and always address them promptly and effectively. What truly stands out is the company’s culture of excellence, which is deeply rooted in exemplary hospitality and professional service, is evident at all levels—from the CEO to the Lead-Student Affairs, Academic Operations manager, Programme and Quality Assurance manager, Accountant, E-learning Services Officer, and all other members of the staff. Each one has treated me with the utmost respect and consideration, creating a truly remarkable and supportive environment that has greatly enriched my experience.
KSPTL has also offered opportunities for employment and career advancement, having equipped me with more than just essential knowledge and training—it has prepared me for a successful career as a technician.
I extend my deepest gratitude to the KSPTL staff for the exceptional education and training I received through the Electrical Maintenance Technician program. This program not only provided me with the technical knowledge and expertise necessary for success but also instilled a strong sense of professionalism and a commitment to safety.
