The School was registered with the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT) on 23rd July 2009 as a post-secondary institution for the maximum period of three years and is legally authorized to offer a wide range of programmes to the industry and public. The school has since been re-registered for its fourth three-year period on 23rd June, 2018, until 22nd June 2021.”

The National Safety Council (NSC) is an American 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-governmental public service organization promoting health and safety.
