Debbie Jollie is an independent business and marketing strategist, digital marketing consultant, lecturer and speaker who runs a full service marketing agency. Debbie Jollie holds a Master’s degree in Management Consultancy and Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Business Enterprise.
She has over 15 years of experience in managing marketing strategies and consulting with brands in the Caribbean, USA, UK, Australia and South America. She specialises in Marketing and Business Strategy, Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing.

Renée Ferguson
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, KSPTL
Renée Ferguson is the Chief Executive Officer of Kenson School of Production Technology Limited and a Director of Kenson Group Of Companies.
A national of Trinidad and Tobago, Ms. Ferguson has over 20 years of experience managing high level corporate operations and a solid reputation for delivering business strategies. She leads the business operations by ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while staying true to Kenson’s vision of providing quality service, driving performance and remaining customer focused. To date, along with her team, she has forged a best in class organization in Trinidad and Tobago, with many service providers benchmarking their systems and processes.
Due to her deep concern for building local capability and capacity, Ms. Ferguson worked closely with the founder of Kenson Group, Mr. Kenneth Ferguson to establish and develop Kenson School Of Production Technology Limited (KSPTL) where young nationals are identified, trained and equipped with the knowledge and experience to work either on an offshore or onshore facility in the Energy Sector. KSPTL is seen as one of the leading institutes that specialize in Oil and Gas Training programs in Trinidad & Tobago.
Ms. Ferguson was a past Advisory Board Member on the British Caribbean Chamber of Commerce (BCCC) during the period (September 2013 to August 2017). She was a past Executive Committee Member and held the post of Treasurer for International Women’s Forum of Trinidad & Tobago (IWFTT) during the period October 2018 to September 2020.
Ms. Ferguson holds a bachelor’s degree (Hon.) in Business Management and an MBA, specialism in Strategic Planning from the Heriot-Watt University, UK; along with many other management certificates in Leadership, Human Resources and Quality Management.

Dr. Priya Marajh

Dr. Priya Marajh
VICE PRESIDENT, THE ENERGY CHAMBER OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
Dr. Priya Marajh has extensive experience in both corporate and academia in the fields of energy, international business development, International Relations, research, policy development, advocacy, diplomacy, local content development, and international law. She has also worked on developing social and economic development policies and initiatives within the energy sector both locally and regionally. Her International Relations experience is broad and in depth, having lectured various International Relations courses at the University of the West Indies.
Dr. Marajh is adept at corporate communications since she is currently responsible for all outgoing communications from the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago. She is also a writer and the editor of the EnergyNow newspaper, it is the only newspaper locally that is focused on energy sector news. Dr. Marajh also has experience in working closely with international development agencies such as the Inter-American Development Bank and United Nations Development Programme.

Melissa Mohammed

Melissa Mohammed
MANAGER – ACADEMIC OPERATIONS, KSPTL
Melissa Mohammed is presently the Manager – Academic Operations at the Kenson School of Production Technology Limited. Her career started as a technician at the age of seventeen and over her twenty years plus she has made many strides through the petrochemical and oil and gas industries. Her ten years spent at Weldfab Limited were in the areas of construction, design, estimating and project management. She later joined bpTT and subsequently became the first female process technician at the bpTT Galeota Point Terminal Facility.
During her tenure at bpTT she again transitioned through many roles with increasing responsibilities, she worked as the Area Authority for the New Oil Export Line Project and was seconded to the Control of Work team thereafter.
Ms. Mohammed joined the Kenson School of Production Technology as an instructor specifically for the lecturing of a foreign delegation of Ugandan students however, her range of competencies led to her appointment as Team Lead for Research and Curriculum Development for the qualifications in the International Vocational Qualifications (IVQ) Advanced Diploma in Oil and Gas in November 2012.
Her prior experience gained during the construction, commissioning and operations of various petrochemical facilities within the Point Lisas Industrial Estate and at bpTT attributes to her vast knowledge of the ever changing and improvement of the safety culture that existed before the introduction of the STOW System.
This coupled with her areas of expertise which include Mechanical Maintenance; Electrical Maintenance; Process Operations; Control of Work and Safe Systems of Work and a strong desire toward the advancement of the Kenson School of Production Technology elevated her to the position of Manager, Academic Operations.
Ms Mohammed was approved as an Instructor for the Rig Pass programme of the International Association of Drilling Contractors in October 2013. Further she has been admitted to the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) as an Associate Member on 19th June 2014 and was also approved for membership with the Energy Institute in August 2014. She is the City & Guilds Medals for Excellence 2015 Gold Medal International winner for the category of Learner of the year.

Avalon St. Louis-Clasp

MANAGER – PROGRAM AND QUALITY ASSURANCE, KSPTL
Avalon St. Louis – Clasp is currently our Manager – Program and Quality Assurance. Avalon is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. Avalon is required to recommend improvements and continuously monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and works closely with the CEO as requested on projects. The position includes the maintenance of accurate records which includes filing of all documentation submitted for provider registration, programme accreditation, registration of qualifications and quality audits in relation to registration/certification processes.
Mrs. St. Louis-Clasp has over nine years’ experience as a quality management practitioner within the educational and technical vocational setting. She has attained a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Sociology (Double Major) from the University of the West Indies and an International Masters of Business Administration from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, University of the West indices. Mrs St. Louis-Clasp has also served within the Ministry of Health in the capacity as a Quality Auditor and Public Health Inspector with responsibilities of developing, implementing and monitoring health quality management systems.
